That is (I'm 99% sure) a Bosendorfer sample. With most "name" samples the maker's name is protected because the samples are Korg's and not actual property of the original maker - using their name would imply ownership and/or liability. Thus, Korg's use of "German" and "Japanese" model piano samples, rather than Steinway or Yamaha.
You also won't usually see Fender, Leslie, Wurlitzer, Hammond or other "proper" instrument maker names, but you will see model numbers and nicknames for some instruments like "C3", "DX", "wurli" or "strat" and methodology clues like "Tine" or "FM" (Rhodes, Yamaha).

As far as I know, ALL of the EXB 08 (grand piano) samples and all of the associated programs and combis are in the Triton Extreme's ROM -- Factory Bank A if I recall correctly. You may be able to do a side by side comparison of Triton ROM and EXB samples from documentation (available on-line in .pdf form) to make sure that is so.
The Original Triton Classic ROM, plus the EXB samples from orchestral (05/06) and classic and current synths (07 & 09) are also complete.
Some of the other EXB's are only partial - missing samples that were considered to be duplicates, redundant or perhaps less desirable.
On the up side, you also get a few new things as well.

EXB 08 samples are included in the Extreme's ROM and there is no difference between them and the expansion board.
Extreme cannot be expanded with EXB's, so buying one for yours would be pointless. There's no slot to put it in.
I could see buying it to expand a Studio or Rack -- fully tricked out with 8 EXB expansions they'd have equal or greater capability so you could effectively have a Triton Rack "clone" Extreme for emergencies.

You may still be able to find "official" demos on youtube. You can find many home made demos and there may be some from music retailers like sweetwater.com and others.
I've always found the korg UK site to be more complete, especially for documentation, I don't know if they put up videos but that may be worth a look.
