Korg MS-20 Mini issue - triggering twice per note

Hey guys,
Out of nowhere my Korg MS-20 mini (6 months old) started triggering 2 notes per note, so it plays one and then plays another like "de-ne....."

There are no patch cables in and the default patch settings.

Does anyone know what the issue might be?

Hey all - my bad, i had an audio track open in my daw and it was double playing with latency.
