short demo made with logic pro x

Post by metallo »

I got a brand new iMac few days ago and passed from Cubase 5 to Logic pro x and I have to say that logic Pro X is impressive.

This is a short demo using only logic pro x sounds, the only ones that are not from Logic are the drums, I used addictive drums for them but the patterns are done with the new feature DRUMMER.

Enjoy :)

How did you get the rock guitar? Did you play an actual guitar or did you use one of the plugins?

Sorry for the late reply, I missed your question :)

All the sounds you hear in the song come from Logic Pro X, only the piano is from the Kronos and the drums from Addictive Drums (but the beat was made with the "drummer" feature of Logic)

I really like the Logic Drummer feature. I need to work on it some more but I enjoy tweaking it especially with the effects.

I agree, I think it's great, mainly because is very flexible and, most important, you are not forced to use only the drumkit includded...infact the drum sound of my track comes from Addictive Drums.
