How to deal with DAW latency

Not sure exactly what part you are looking for with Logic.

thanks for the reply,
when I connect my kronos with usb for recording audio, I get a delay when I play my notes and when I can actually hear them through my mcbook speakers.

Are you outputting the audio directly from the Kronos? Or are you running first through logic and then monitoring that output?
