M3 touchscreen problems....

My M3 has started to show the touchscreen problem. I've seen this mentioned in the forums so I guess I'm not the first.

The top left seems to be dead, although weirdly the keyboard does beep when I press the screen in the area.

Calibration doesnt work, I can touch the bottom right box but the top left doesnt respond.

I've not been able to source a spare from anywhere.

Is there anyway to repair these? Are there any alternative parts we can use/modify.

Thanks - its marked as 'email when back in stock' though. I checked with all the usual distributors but no-one has anything in stock unfortunately
