There are a lot of missing questions...
Do you use the Chord Sequencer?
Do you use the sampler?
Do you use audio loops on the multipads?
Is there a style genre you find hard to obtain?
Would you like an easier to use file system?
Do you find the manuals easy to understand?
Do you find editing Korg's easy (compared to other arrangers)?
What is your most wanted missing feature?
If Korg want to learn what we WANT, ask us more questions! That survey was so barebones, how can you learn anything?

Those 4 you mentioned there were covered by the survey. I don't remember how many pages of question it was, but it was pretty detailed to me. I think I remember 13 pages of questions ??? Could be wrong though. What is your most wanted missing feature?
Regards
Sharp.

Thanks to Paolo and Korg for showing interest.
I think most of above questions are covered in the survery.
However
This survey is for new products ... what about the expensive current products that we bought and own? This forum is full of requests for various features, support via internal and external software etc.
Are we going to be forced to buy the new products when we have units that are quite advanced whereby they have the ability to achieve what the users want but Lack of support to program the units to function accordingly AND No external software support from Korg?
You guys (Korg) got everything going with your creations (brilliant concepts and design) but the lack of support regarding the above is driving many users to your competition.
A simple thing like "polished sounds" makes the biggest difference when one hears a board for the first time. At that point it is already make or break. Your editing is extensive and greatly appreciated and should remain for when we want to tweak sound precisely to our liking but that does not mean that the board out of a box should arrive with minimal audio processing. For thos wanting Dry/Raw sounds from time of purchase, include a "Delete DSP" kinda button to achieve same in sound edit as that is much easier than to polish up a sound which is truly frustrating on board. Look at videos where comaprisons are made with 3X and T4 ...editing (we all know why) is not even mentioned as the boards are simply side by side and head to head comparion of factory sounds and styles. (maybe an optional update where all the sound etc are polished could fix this)
External support for programmers and software can only grow your market share. I fail to see how this would adversely affect business.
But thanx for the chance to air our opinions

My final thoughts were:
If you really want advices for future products you should ask people while that future product is in concept phase. You should tell us what you are planning to do and we will tell you is something good or bad...If you are going to make keyboards in your way, then ,our feedback is worthless.

Thought that was what Korg was doing....If you really want advices for future products you should ask people while that future product is in concept phase. You should tell us what you are planning to do and we will tell you is something good or bad...If you are going to make keyboards in your way, then ,our feedback is worthless

I can't imagine they would divulge future plans as the competition might start making keyboards nearly as good as Korg's

The factors that drove me to sell my Pa2x and buy a Roland BK-9 instead of a Korg Pa3x were as follows:
a) Lack of a Korg Editor / Librarian for styles and sounds
b) Lack of standardization of the file formats inside SET files
c) Lack of a decent MIDI implementation and lack of MIDI documentation
d) Lack of response from Korg Italy when I offered free help re (a)
On all fronts, the situation with the Roland BK-9 arranger is much better. I've had excellent response from Roland USA, and from Richard Shotbolt a 3rd party developer. He and I are now collaborating to produce what I hope will be a first class Session Manager for the Roland BK-series.
