confused

Post by songman »

I have the RTAS plugins M1.dpm v1.1.0 and WAVESTATION.dpm v1.1.0 from the legacy digital collection. I can for the life of me not remember ever having updated these. However, when I load these in Protools 10 and click on the logo then I get the info screen which says Digital edition 1.3.2 M1 v 1.6.2 and wavestation 1.6.4.

I should add that I am working on a MacPro with MacOSX10.6.8 and all is actually working well.

My question is simple: can I safely install v 1.7 to get 64 bit processing or must I first do another upgrade/update?

Thanks for any help.

You can update from your current versions as long as you've registered the plugins since they're newer than v1.2. The following is from Korg's official web site:

'Note: For KLC-1 v1.0-1.1 owners, you must have previously purchased and registered "v1.2 Upgrade" for access to this update.'

Cheers!
