Does the software driver function on the PA1Xpro?

Yes, it is for the PA1X, PA1XPro, PA800

This software should be installed on your PC - it is a Korg PC MIDI driver to enable PA1X-to-PC connectivity (via USB).

Hope I have understood your question....

I just read, on another thread, that the USB on the Pa1x is only for data transfer, not for using it as a Midi Controller, for example, even with the 1.08 driver.
So (please correct me if I'm wrong, someone more knowledgeable  ) you need to use the MIDI outputs on the Pa1x for 'live Midi' type of things.

USB interface at PA1X doesn´t support midi over USB - yoou´ve to use your Midi out - this is correct.

Hi Wittid,

Sorry to butt into this thread, but I sent you a PM yesterday and I was wondering if you may have missed it?

It was re the Golden Entertainer card...
