looking for a 2.5" IDE SSD??

Can anyone help with locating one of these please? There are none in Australia that I can find. PLENTY of sata drives, no IDE's though..

Do many power-users upgrade to a larger HD?
What sizes are supported?
Does defragmenting them (via USB from a Mac Laptop, for example) help, or is it dangerous?

Thanks Pete...I had already seen that stuff from China, but I have had some bad experiences buying from there before so I would prefer to avoid...Maybe the US although they still seem to ship from China!!!
