I'm a long time Korg owner, first with an 01W and now a new-to-me Triton Extreme. I've gotten tons of invaluable information off this forum, so thanks already for all the valuable tips and feedback shared here.

As much as I love my old 01W, I'll be posting an ad soon putting it up for sale if anyone's interested.

Welcome aboard!

I've had both the Triton Extreme (61 with fully expanded RAM) and an O1/W ProX. I definitely don't miss lugging the 88 keys around (all 500 lbs. of it ) but it had some remarkable tones. I definitely preferred the Triton Extreme in most other aspects and especially miss (now that I've sold my TeX *sniff*) the programmable arpeggiator and its ease of use. Also, the piano-specific effects on the TeX were to die for!

I'll ask around and see if anyone's hunting for an O1/W (I know someone who was contemplating an M1 purchase- maybe he'll consider the O1 instead).
