Like the SP-250 it derives from, this will be a much simpler, much less tweakable keyboard than the SV1. But for some gigs -- where you just need piano and electric piano sounds, not the EXACT piano and electric piano sounds you might ideally want -- it's a lighter, portable, and cheaper package. I just hope the keybed works okay. I liked the SP250, though I never bought one (the electric pianos were quite weak, and I already had the SV1). But for many gigs I do like internal speakers, which is why I own a Kawai ES4. And these speakers are said to be more powerful, but the proof will be in the playing...
