iPolySix, iMS-20, and iElectribe all got background audio, Audiobus, and virtual MIDI today.
Funkbox developer Synthetic Bits tweeted some useful instructions for getting virtual MIDI to work here: https://twitter.com/syntheticbits. This feed is updated continuously, so the notes you're looking for are dated Dec. 19, 2012.
Notes on getting virtual MIDI to work

A summary from Synthetic Bits, posted in the Synthtopia comments:
Source: http://www.synthtopia.com/content/2012/ ... ent-3427281) Load the sequencer app first
2) Enable “virtual ports” in the app (Genome), or choose the app’s virtual ports as outs (Little MIDI). If the sequencer app doesn’t create virtual ports (Polychord), you’ll need to use MIDIBridge or a similar app. Load MIDIBridge first and connect its ins to its outs.
3) Then load iMS20 or iPolySix, and it will see and use the virtual ports you just created. Enable “Background Audio” manually if you aren’t using Audiobus (it automatically enables background audio).
The Korg apps don’t create their own MIDI ports and don’t see ports that pop up after they’ve started, which is why you need to load the sequencer app first. I think they also listen to all MIDI channels, didn’t see anywhere to pick just one, so you unfortunately can’t play iPolysix on one channel and iMS20 on another.
Correction: for MIDI channels iPolysix listens to channel 1 for Synth 1, channel 2 for Synth 2. iMS-20 puts the synth on channel 1, drums on channel 2.
Still can’t really use them both at the same time, but you can use 2 parts of iPolysix which is nice!
I'm having problems with Virtual MIDI
Korg's implementation of Virtual MIDI seems nonstandard and I cannot get it working with Beatmaker at all. I've tried these suggestions and I own MIDIBridge, but I can't seem to figure out how to set it up so that Beatmaker sends MIDI to any Korg app.
Has anyone gotten this working successfully or do I need to buy Genome for sequencing my Korg apps?
Thanks for any help you can offer.

Rhod, you can play KORG iOS app by Beatmaker2 with MIDIbridge.
MIDIbridge is a little bit difficult to understand how to set up.
To make it better, run any loop sequence on BM2 during setting up MIDIbridge.
