Krome vst not working with Sonar X2 64 bit

Post by musichoo »

I am a Cakewalk Sonar X2 user hoping to intergrate my Krome88 in the system. After I install Krome editor as vst, I have to do a VST scan in order to register Krome as a vst. But Krome vst would crash the vst scanner called teleporter. Does any body has the similar experience? Or know of any workaround?

Hi.
With 64 bit machines, the editor works in stand a lone mode, but it will not work with a 64 bit DAW, so unfortunately you cannot use it as a VST.

Hi, i had the same problem but i solved...
First try to uncheck in the midi devices dialog box the krome midi in
Then if your interface have a midi in (the traditional one) connect the midi out in the krome to the midi in in your interface and i will work, i did it and work fine
