Can Kronos do this?

iZotope makes great software. iZotope Ozone is the vst plugin that I use the most!

I own both PadShop Pro and Skanner...mmmmmm it is somewhere in there but
not quiete similar...they are more of Granular, this one is a little more weird.

The audio demo's on their website sound very interesting. Sounds like a great tool

You can load wave samples, which give you lots of scope for re-synthesis, using almost no memory, but as izotope is specifically tweaked for this, I suspect it has the edge, certainly has a better looking PC screen (hint hint).
