Just saying Hi!

Post by JDSY »

Hey,

I've been using a korg esx1 for a long time now, and finally I decided to try out using an emx1 as well.

I ordered one and it should be here tomorrow!

I really liked some of the electribes that have been modded, especially the one with the 3d plastic rubber like artwork on it. I am considering getting a skin for my electribes.

I am also interested in possibly replacing the tubes but I'm not sure if it's necessary. we'll see.

anyway, thanks for having me

J

also, this is a link to a song pretty much all done with the esx1 and FL :

thanks

Welcome aboard! If you've got any questions about your Electribes, feel free to post them here. You'll like the MX...you should try routing it into the ESX's input to make it a big workstation. This is what I do and it makes you feel like you're piloting some kinda techno space station. You might even get it to replace FL once you get used to it. I also wanna design some custom skins for my setup too.

My cubicle-buddy doesn't like me playing loudass synth music next to her and there's no volume control on your track, but the 20 seconds I heard were good glitchy stuff. Hope to hear more of your stuff on here.

Hi!
I'm new here, too. Have had an ESX-1 for a while but just now started posting here. I'll be looking forward to hearing your experiences with the EMX-1. I really enjoy the ESX-1 so I've always had my eye on the EMX-1. Maybe it came for you today? What a great set-up that will be.
