Converting Korg i4s Files to SysEx

Previously posted about my i4S floppy drive not working.
Unsure as to success rate of the expensive! USB emulators.

Can anyone tell me if there is a prog which will convert korg files to sysex files so I can convert backups I have on disk to sysex files that I could send to keyboard with MidiOx or similar?
