X50 problem

X50 problem

Hi guys ,

I ve bought my x50 3 months ago , everything was fine till now.

The problem is that while i play pitch shifts by itself , it decrese or increse for aproxi. -5 or +5 semitones and it stays there.

The other problem is that also while im playing there is no response from keys from time to time , when i select again sound from favorites it plays normal .

I did not update my OS .

Does anyone know what the problem could be or how to solve it ?
