help needed - looking for Triton owners

Post by wladymeer »

I had Triton Le and sold it for Karma. Now I want to transfer some of my sounds to it. But, simple copy/paste won't work because Karma has 5 and Triton Le 1 IFX and that seems to cause trouble.

However, Triton series with 2.0 OS seems to work with it! And as far as I know, Karma can read any of those formats with no problem as long as it uses internal ROM banks as they share same engine. This shouldn't be hard to do and I guess it depends only on your good will.

So the whole idea about this is:

• I send you list of my .PCG files in .zip - see link below:

http://www.box.net/shared/mdrzd1uevs

• You first backup your data and then load all of it
• Save it as Triton .PCG files - I would prefer if it's possible to do it bank by bank
• Upload it back in .zip format
• Eventually Karma will read that with no problem

Thanks!

PS - You may see same thread in other Triton subforums - I don't have plan to spam, it's just because that any of Tritons will work. Hope you understand my reasons.

:)

As I said, simple copy on Smart Media then copy it on PC and then copy on floppy won't work. Tried that before posting and it says that media is unknown or unsupported (not sure about term), anyway, won't work that way ;)
