Thanks Bob,
Their price is a bit higher than I am prepared to pay. There's a good music store up here that can do one for $4K, but that's too much for an arranger. I missed one go on Ebay a few months ago for 2.5K which is nearer my budget - hence a pre-owned one in good condition will do.
I bought a new Korg Oasys a couple of years ago for $7K and have found it's now only worth $4K, so never again will I buy new - the depreciation is just to hard to swallow.

I have been told by a reliable source at Yamaha HQ that any new Tyros or PSR range will be limited to 61 keys, no plans to have a 73/76 key option. For me that rules it out. Also I think the Tyros has great sounds and features, but better suited to an entertainer / home musician playing 'standards' than the Prog Rock stuff that I do.
I currently have a Roland G70 which works really well with my Korg Oasys, but I'm hoping that a PA2X will replace both. I currently use the Oasys for it's great synths/guitar sounds ( I rarely use it's Karma or Sequencer features ) and the G70 for it's arranger capability. I often convert Rock MIDI files into Styles ( mostly just bass and druns ) If I can replace these two keyboards with a PA2X it may be the solution I'm looking for.
The Roland G70 has good acoustic guitars but it's electrics are awful. That Gilmore / Rutherford lead sound isn't there no matter how much tweaking is done.
However, I want to try a PA2X first to see how it performs before I decide whether to sell the others.
