Have a simple question that's been causing grief for a few days now.
I previously had my m3 connected to my pc, and sequenced in pro tools via usb. My pc recently died so I've been trying to sequence on my m3 now with just headphones plugged into the headphone port or my monitors plugged directly into the L/R ports. Problem is, I get so no sound.not in the headphones or out of my monitors.
Does anyone know if there's a setting I'm missing here? Because I've sequenced like this before and had no issues...

Perhaps "local control" is off? Some computer DAW try to switch M3 local control off - see that in Global section.
Actually the question is: does your M3 respond to keys (see volume bars flashing oin screen etc) but no sound - then issue is in somewhere sound tract. If you cannot get M3 respond to its keys, then it is probably local control off thing or sometimes keybed wire bad contact etc.
