KP3 with garageband.

i just wanted a quick rundown of how to set up my kp3 as a controller for garageband. im very new to all of this MIDI interface stuff and would love some help. and be as dumb sounding as possible im not super up to date with all the lingo

i don't know anything about garageband but you'll probably have better luck if you give us an idea of exactly what you want to control with which piece of the kp3.

i want to be able to trigger different tracks with the 8 slicer buttons. i want to be able to control levels with the touch screen. i want to be able to control some other parameter with the slider and i want to be able to use the sample buttons as like play, stop fw and rewind buttons
