I have an MS2000 that not only has 3 keys physically broken in half, but around 8 of the keys don't register at all. Some of these will register if you push the key to the side and back a bit and push down or some non-sense; some don't work at all. Now I'm wondering if there is any good way to fix this. I doubt it's the ribbon and I'm guessing it's just a beat up key circuit board - any decent way to fix this or find a replacement board? It works with a MIDI controller (although only one, 2 Radiums don't work with it for whatever reason..) but that's way too cumbersome when it's supposed to have a fully functional keyboard built-in already.
Anyone have any ideas? :<

Bought a sh MS2000 and one key didn't work either. As it turned out the 'rubber sensor' below it worked fine when pressed 'by finger'. Most likely it has a problem though, since the others work fine. The key itself is fine as well.
I temporarily fixed it with some tape 'inside the key', making the key a bit thicker on the spot where it hits the rubber sensor.
Thinking about a better solution...
Regards,
Peter
