slaving m3 to protools 8?

Ok i jusy got an m3 61 and ive been using its sequencer to make beats only prob lem is when i slave it to protools 8 its timing is off causing the loop to be off slightly in protools. seems to loop half a second late but when i use an mpc 4k i get perfect loop in pt. anyone have this problem slaving there m3 to pts 8?

im still having this problem can someone give me a hint also using the mpc i keep getting midi error messages even if i turn the m3 to external?i dont understand the latency of the m3 if protools is the master it should loop fine??

sorry to bring up old topic but did you find a resolution to this? I am experiencing the same issue...
