Help/Question: loading SAW.PCG into Bank E

Hi there,
I was trying all the sound banks available from the korg.com site (http://www.korg.com/SupportResults.aspx?productid=462).

All banks seems to work fine but I have problem with the SAW.PCG (see section called "Programming Tutorial plus PCG example file").

I've read the .pdf but maybe there is something I don't understand. I'm able to load all the sounds but i'm not able to use E000 to E007 on the keyboard and I don't understand why. I'm able to hear a sound if I press a touch on the keyboard (and keep the key down) and change the sound at the same time (from E005 to E006 for example).

Any clue? Thanks!

Also,
I'm not able to use the Trinity Drum Loops (from the same web page). I'm able to load it and I see it in my bank E but nothing happens when I press the keyboard.
