How munch to print Parameter Guide

There is a-lot of updated info in the Oasys's Parameter Guide and Operation
manual. It even has color pics in there. I would luv to have a copy of them
because I like having the info in my hand instead of staring at a computer for hours. Has anybody attempted to have this printed at home or professionally. If so how did you do it ,what was the cost,etc....
I know it's well over 1000 pages so its not going to be cheap thanks.

This is a document that I use every day - so I uploaded the PDF to Mimeo.com - cost about $50 for a very high quality job. They usually offer discounts to first time users, so you might even get it done for much less. Of course that is B/W, color costs a lot more, but isn't really necessary. You can get the cover in color, and choose from various types of paper and bindings.
