ES-1 doesn't find memory card

I bought an Electribe ES-1 off of ebay to complete my collection of the classic Electribe family (ER-1, EA-1 & ES-1) and it seems the device can't find any memory cards being inserted, so I'm guessing the device is faulty. I'd like to try a factory reset if someone knows how to do this, but if all else fails I'm considering getting it repaired. Does anyone know where I can find the information to get it repaired here in Europe, the Netherlands in particular? All info will be greatly appreciated!
