OS Update

Hi Everyone,
I am using pa800 and I had a problem a couple of weeks ago when suddenly my keyboard got jammed (like you sometimes get on your computer and no keys worked anymore. I was told to upate the OS. I have been trying to update the OS to 2.01, but I am not able to restore the Resources file to the new res 2.01 which is mandatory. Everytime I try to do it, the keyboard shows busy and says please wait and it never finishes the update...any ideas/ helps on this?

try to put on OS 1.60 on the keyboard and see if that work , and then try the full reset from korg . you might have got a bad down load of the korg files . redown load them .
