once again, a NOOB question

Hello all, nice to finally venture into the kaoss forum

I just ordered me a KP3, as a companion to my Emx-1 and my radias.


I run a Pa rig for my gear

so heres the link

I was wondering how I would run the KP3 with my emx..... I know through RCA's, but im confused on exactly how to do it.... and I deff dont want to get it and not be ready for it.

Do I run the RCAs from the KP3 into my emx and through the RCA jacks on my power amp?
or do I run the RCAs from the KP3 just to emx?

also, I can use this with my radias synthesizer right?

I was wondering if it can be ran through both at the same time.

once again, Im sorry for posting a noobish question like this, i know its annoying, but I would rather know what im doing then NOT know what im doing..

I'm confused. What do you want to use the kp3 for? I would have thought you'd run the emx through the kp3.

You can either:

-run your outs from your emx into the ins on your kp3 and then the outs from the kp3 into the mixer/amp imputs.
-run your outs from your radias into the ins on your kp3 and then the outs from the kp3 into the mixer/amp imputs.
-run the fx send from your mixer to your ins on your kp3 and then the outs on the kp3 into the fx return on your mixer. This allows you to effect anything or multiple things you have plugged into your mixer.

I was just kinda confused on how you run the thing...

I play live and I keep my head pretty far back from me... so im guessing im going to need two pretty long RCAs

oh, i was also wondering what RCA size I need to run the KP3 to my emx?



its 1/4 right?

Isn't there only one rca size?

yeah, but the you need a 1/4 jack attachment on the male and female for plugging it up to emx right?



I tried hooking a rca to my emx and its too loose....
