Hello all. How do you erase a single drum from a track without deleting the whole track in realtime?

You want to use the Shift/Erase Note command. In Sequencer mode select the track, goto Page 6 Track Edit and tap the menu then select Shift/Erase Note. Enable the Erase Note option and select the note range you want to remove.
