Karma lighter?

Post by EVPS »

Anyone used both a Triton and a Karma for gigging? I'm looking at buying either a triton or a karma for live use, and I'm assuming that the Karma is lighter than the triton, is this right?

I'll also be using a K2600RS for my samples and some of the great Kurz sounds. Is the Karma a good master keyboard or does the triton offer any advantages in that department? (although I have to admit the potential of using Karma function with K2600 excites me in a way that I'm fairly sure should be illegal)

Thanks for any help you can offer me :-)

I think Karma is 4 kg lighter than Triton Classic (61 keys).

Karma = Triton Classic + Karma feature - sampling. (in general)

So if you would enjoy Karma function, and you already have sampling and a powerful synth module, you should go for it...
