Hi Asena,

I had a similar problem with my PC. The culprit was a bad video card.
Can you boot in safe mode? For most PC's you need to keep pressing F8 when booting. I could boot in VGA safe mode though my video card was dead.

Yes i think Grafic card is dead,

Is there any way to fix Grafic card, I think its hard!

Cant get in to safe mode either.

Hi Asena,

It is a hardware failure that you can not fix yourself. It will at least need spare parts that can only be obtained from HP.

You can telephone the nearest HP repair depot to arrange for them to repair it (the details are on www.hp.com), but I suspect that it may not be economic to do this, and that you may be better off buying a refurbished laptop of similar specification from ebay.

It is possible to "rescue" the data on your hard disk, and most computer shops with a service department can do this for you and copy your data to the disk on your new laptop. Also any licensed software including Windows that you have installed on the faulty machine can be installed on the replacement machine without paying another fee - you will need to provide proof for example a letter from your nearest computer shop stating that the faulty machine is a write off.

The software suppliers including Microsoft will then give you a new license key that will allow you to reinstall the software on the new machine.

Hi, I konow how to take HD,out and install it on USB HD, And save my important files,
I can also use Mem, and so, Now i heave buyed a new one, Asus w7 series, Its ok, but i stil mis some things that HP offers,
I,m happy anyway!
Couse there is so many friends here that helpps me out, so therefor i heave a suprise for the forum, JUST WAIT until Sunday!
