In terms of quality of services you guys (in US) are light years ahead. Last weekend I returned my Moog LP, as it broke two days after purchase. I drove 200 km to the Music Store in Germany (I live in Belgium). Everything had been arranged over the phone, so I was supposed to pick up the replacement on the same day. Well, it turned out the replacement got lost and they would send me one by post a week later (still waiting). Not only I did not reveive any extra rabate; actually I had to pay 25 euros extra for the VAT difference between Germany and Belgium (they have to send it abroad, even though the distance is 200km).DimensionFour wrote:
So I went to guitarcenter where I bough it and check this out...
Since I am a good customer there and they didn't have any desktops on stock they gave me a brand new in a box TI Keyboard free of ANY extra charge . Considering I bought the desktop for $1800 tax payed I don't think I could get a better deal
Tell me about it. Beeing from Poland I'm still getting used to the fact that customer is the man in here period.sewa wrote:In terms of quality of services you guys (in US) are light years ahead. I should have bought it by thomann.de (which is what I usually do) oh well.
Anyway its good to have a reference of what proper customer service should look like.
