Yes it can, we al do use TRITON patches on PA or PA1X, it is a little diferent due to diferent FX processor and diferent parameters, also some of the ROM samples are diferent or not at all there, but what PA1X does is looking for something similar to that sample in the PCG.
If you try what SHARP wrote in the PROGRAMING part of the post some of the stuff would work.

You really think so!!!R34pz wrote:WOW the eminent 310 patch is absolutely fantastic,

Do you actually beleive a Rompler can sound like an Analog Organ using divide down technology!!
You obvioulsy never owned an Eminent 310

Switch the Phaser EFX off on the Triton patch...Now does it sound anything like Jarre's Eminent sound???

I do think so Kontrol49.
Although the triton engine is quite simplistic, and the filters are lacking to say the least the emulation of the Eminent is really good. There is a lot of motion to the sound, and the effects actually make the sound quite authentic. True you'll never get anywhere near the true warmth, or the luscious sound of a real analog machine on a triton, but I still love this patch. Especially owing to the fact that I would never have the money or space for one of the original machines, i'll happily make do with someone elses hard work on the triton. Given the choice I would love a virus but beggars can't be choosers.
