Make sure the USB drive is correctly formatted (if in doubt, format it on the Kronos) Just extract/unzip then copy all the files (not the top level folder - see below) into the top directory level of your flash drive - that will work When you unzip them you will get a folder called "KRONOS_Update_2 ...

I have had Thumb drives that wouldn't work well with the Kronos. I'd try a new drive. I just couldn't remember which one it was so I did a full reformat in fat32 and now both of my drives work.
