Interesting, I have Win 10 and have updated the firmware and use the librarian on the opsix. You may need to go into the device manager and remove the device, and maybe other USB drivers. You have to follow the Korg instructions exactly otherwise it won't work. The only problem I've had is getting ...

Delay an operator
With the DX7, you were able to delay an operator, so you essentially had a DADSR filter.
I hope Korg adds this ability.
Does anyone know how to delay an operator using a different feature?
Thanks
Kevin

Create a bass line?
How would I create a bass line when I press a key. I choose a bass instrument in prog mode. When I press E, I would like it to play E E G G E, or whatever I want. I can do this with the step sequencer on AL1, but don't know how for a HD-1. Seems like Karma should be able to do it, but I can't choose ...

Re: sd
I was torn between the two boards as well but eventually went with the Kronos. For me the touchscreen, a little easier to navigate on, and the 9 synth engines made the difference. Some folks on the MOTIF side don't like touchscreens. I like the one on the Kronos. Lots of speculation when Yamaha ...

I too played with both of them and read lots of online reviews (which I found limited). The MOTIF was really good at the stock sounds and I really liked the ARP capability. It was easy to pick a sound and start playing with a variety of ARPS. The Kronos has a lot of synth engines and is modeled more ...

Utility to dump settings (AL1)
Does anyone know of a utility to dump the settings from a .pcg file (or being connected to a Kronos)?
I'm trying to compare settings on AL1 programs, so if I could dump those setting to a text file it would be much easier.
Thanks
