Also make sure your using the latest OS install in the TR. I recall there being some midi issue in the first version, but it's still a good idea to be updated. Go here under the [Support] tab to download version os 1.04: http://www.korg.com/product.aspx?pd=191 or here's the link the zip: http://www ...

Soundiver 3.1.0 Public Beta Working on Mac OS X G4-PPC!!

Just thought I'd share ...... I just happen to have my old usb XSkey left over from Logic Pro 7.2 and found that I could run SoundDiver 3.1.0 on a spare G4 powerbook 1.33. This version of SDiver is not Intel compatible due to its age, and development has been long discontinued once Apple acquired ...

Re: Why does the Triton Extreme burn out !!!?!

It's all kind of a mute point, if you can't find one. A new one, I mean. If you can find a new one, get it. Spring for a power conditioner, if you're that worried about burnout. You can always settle for a used one from Ebay or elsewhere, but it's always a crap shoot, if you can't get the history ...

From my personal experience and listening to other users the Triton Extreme is solid workstation. Any product from any manufacture can "burn out". However, I don't think you have any thing to worry about. A few isolated incidents doesn't represent the product line of a whole. I have never had a ...

I don't think I am going to go beyond 48MB already installed. Sampling in Extreme is very nice feature but not critical for me. I can see one huge library in download section : "VL Project" (60MB). Having 48MB installed I am hoping that it is possible to prepare the project by splitting it into ...

99.999% of all complaints regarding noise and static when dealing with samples are down to people installing the wrong type of ram. Regards. Sharp. I currently own a Tri EX 88. Your right Sharp I believe using the wrong type of RAM will give you trouble. I've spent quite a bit of time with this ...
