I have also noticed since OS 2.02 that there is a delay whilst loading songs even if there is the minimal of data. Yes probably best to contact Korg support. Seems to be more of a problem on the 76/88 keys that the 61 keybed but I'll check to see what Korg say.

I have now managed to download the libraries using just small letters in all fields as suggested it's done the trick.
