That looks more like a hardware issue...something must have fried on the board..

There are too many people getting the same exact problem for it to be random...I think it has to do with how you store the machine...and leaving it out for a bit on a desk fixes the screen..notices how everyone is claiming only one axis not working..

also I would recommend trying that before tearing the mixer apart. I have some hardware and software knowledge and honestly I knew this had to a software problem because the Y axis works no matter where you touch the screen. this indicates that the screen works but the calibration is off somehow ...

Did my solutions work for anyone? If so...which one?

Mine has been working on win 7 64bit also but I just haven't tested it out at a gig..I am a bit scared to try it but it works fine in the studio. There are also updated drivers by other companies that use the same soundcard..if you are having issues...there are work arounds to get those drivers ...

Has anyone created any max patches for the korg? I would be interested in a preset that could help give correct LED feedback and some other internal effects that would work with the touchscreen and 8 knobs...
