I already pre-ordered the beats, and I will probably get the keys as well. Beats is prabably the closest I'll ever get to getting my hands on an 808. I'm really excited about these, and the price makes them imposable to pass up.

I appreciate the comments my man... I'm afraid I'm not that ambitious. I was hoping it would be something along the lines of "attatch pot connectors to a and b." I'll just link the original monotron with the monotron delay. I was really just hoping to cut down on noise. Good lookin out my friend.

Monotron Delay: add resonance knob?

Not very handy when it comes to electronics, but the monotrons seem like such a great way to get into mods. How difficult would it be to add a peak, or resanance, knob to the MT delay? Is it even possable? Thanks in advance..

"wudsiba - i was thinking about the same thing, short quick fade should do the job,and maybe by simple software update is possible.... could i write to KORG about this?" Absolutely you can write to Korg. If fact, I would encourage you to do so. The more people that want a solution to this problem the ...

I have the original Monotron. I was hoping to use it to drive synth samples through the filter, but the hiss is so bad I don't really know if it's worth it. I still want to try and record it and eq the hell out of it, but I haven't tried it yet. I was also planning to get the delay for the same ...

I agree with thehighesttree. I believe the sound is being looped on a non-zero crossing causing a loop pop just like you would hear if you badly edited a sample. I think Korg could come up with a solution to this on a future Kpad. Maybe adding a very slight fade in as the loop starts. Or even a type ...

I'm pretty sure now that it's just a non-zero crossing of a loop. Since it loops at different points depending on where your touching the pad, it loops right where you tell it too. Often it's not at a zero crossing so it pops. I'd love it if Korg could find a way around this...

Can I replace KP3 pad with kaosilater green pad?

I've read a few posts on here where people have had to replace the pad on their KP3. I just wondered if it would work if you put the green kaosilater pad into the KP3. They seem to be the same pad, but with different colored lights.

chad9477: I see your first effect is Lop 1. This is my favourite as well. I have to ask you though do you hear a popping if you move your finger around too fast? I think it might just be that the segment being looped is not on a zero crossing, but it still drives me crazy. Also happens sometimes ...

KP3: Clicking while using loop effect.

The loop effects in the KP3 are probably my favorites, but there is an anoying clicking or popping at times especially when I remove my finger from the pad. Does anyone else notice this? I can't record like this...

Electrical popping using loop effects...

I have a KP3 that I run my Mpc through, but I'm having trouble with subtle popping sounds when I lift my finger off the pad. For a long time I thought It was a looping issue, so I finally unplugged everything and ran a single sound source into it and the problem still exists. I've also checked the ...
