Which OS runs the mixer's sound card better?

Windows 7 32 bit or Windows 7 64 bit?

I installed Windows 7 64 bit and Zero Driver on my PC laptop. I used the Driver from the Zero8 page on Korg's website. Traktor Finds the Zero fine and I have it set at 48 khz. But the sound quality is very poor. I hear clicks and pops over the music. My latency is 8.0 ms with a stream buffer of 4.0 ...

I use my Zero8 with Traktor Pro. I record my mixes using 5L + 5R on my mixer into Channel A on Traktor. Seeing that all the korg zero's left on sale at retailers are clearance items now, it is safe to say that even if Korg develops new 64bit drivers, it will be for equipment still supported by Korg. check you latency settings. Turn you latency up a little to see if the crackle goes away.

It's best if you read the Traktor Bible, and the manual to the Korg Zero first. Also, read the instruction manual for Traktor Pro. In there you will see a section on how to set up Traktor with an external mixer.
