thanks Bones and Volton for your replies! i tried what you suggested (getting a stereo cable and plugging in from the headphone jack to the CPU where there's a line-in jack which i think links up to the 'soundcard' in the comp.. and it works!! thanks so much again! : D

I've got the editor software installed and my X50 is able to sync with the software but, the only way i can play sounds is if i plug my earphones directly to the X50 which also means it wouldn't sound if i plug in the earphones to my CPU and play the X50 which is synced to the software ...
