Hi, I think you need to put in a new LCD. If you read my post, I'm dealing w/ the same problem. Washed out screen. I have purchased a new screen (you need the full screen as they sell the screen and digitizer separately. I found mine on-line for about $120 from China. Good luck

When I press the arrow the page that appears shows only "Write kbd set to library" the other selections are grayed out.

I just bought this PA800 new 2 weeks ago w/ OS 1.20. I loaded OS 1.60 and it caused my PA800 to go bonkers, changing pages, volume up and down, going to ending when playing a style, unresponsive. Okay, so it was after I upgraded to the new 1.60 OS & MR that It went bonkers so I got the supplied CD and reloaded 1.2 and now it seems OK????
