anyone has any experience with transfering sounds from Korg PAs to a synth? I'm trying a sequential take 5 and want to transfer my sounds from korg pa700 or 4x.

do we need a converter first into a different format?

what's the best software for that? Garageband/Ableton works? any specific way to use inputs/outputs?

and is it possible to record playing a style with multi-track recording?

my surprise is when I see that on "Factory" I see oriental styles. hence my question about the standard pop, ballad, rock etc styles of korg.

I've been seeing some screenshots and youtube demos for the oriental mg2. I see on the "Factory" only oriental styles.
is it the case? no other styles except oriental on this version?

Hello, Thinking of upgrading from pa700 oriental to pa4x. Anyone done that before? what are the main differences between the two in terms of Live gigs? I rely a lot on user sets - especially oriental ones( arabic, armenian). Is it easy to bring in standard/custom oriental sounds into the pa4x NON ...

so is it correct to assume the sequence is to load the sounds first? then styles?

all the other folders can be ignored? like the PCM, etc

what is the best way when loading multiple sets, without the risk of overwriting?
When loading different sets, I'm afraid sounds are overwriting...
any ideas?

I'm downloading some online user / custom sets and some of them are made with pa3x, 4x etc... I have a pa700.

can I use them as is? or is there a way to convert those into a format that pa700 can read?
