I have used 145 MB of RAM memory with Samples. I am trying create a new sample loop that is only 1 measure long, and the system sytem still gives me an error that there is not enough RAM memory.

Has anyone experienced this ?

I have been creating Indian styles since the Korg PA 80 days. Currently I am using PA4X with a wide variety of Tabla / Dholak / DHol and other Indian percussion instruments.

Please let me know what specific styles do you need.

Thank you for your response. All of my samples are between 4 - 5 secs, but the problem still exists.

Any other recommendations?

I have a PA4X keyboard and it has 400 MB of PCM memory, and so far I have used only 200 MB, and once I try to create new samples it gives me an error that the memory is full.
Does anyone has experienced this problem?

I am still confused as to why my system is showing 245 MB Available RAM Memory but when I try to write a new sample of 4 measure, it gives me an error of "Not Enough RAM "

Am I doing something wrong?

I was under the impression that I will be able to store more samples with 400 MB RAM. I still have 240 MB available RAM, but when I load a new sample .wav file and slice it and try to write the file, it gives me an error "Not enough RAM Memory" Is there a limit of how many PCM can Korg handle ...

I just downloaded the UPD file from Korg Support to update my PA4X from v1.2.4 to v2. It goes through the ist. cycle selecting and loading the UPD file, however, when it restarts to install the update it gives me an error message "SYSTEM UPDATE FAILED" Please shut down the instrument. Can anyone ...
