Yeah I thought the same about Tatsuya leaving Korg. I hope they continue the Volca line.

I find that using the e2 along with Gadget and the plugkey ios interface to be an excellent combo and great workflow. I'd make 4 bar loops then record the midi into Gadget. and make the edits there. Most of the parameters are already mapped for the e2.

Seems like it got bricked by somebody trying to load the sampler's OS. You might want to search for that as I remember others bricking theirs as well.

I saw a post on the FB Electribe 2 group saying a ferrite choke would remove the noise. Haven't tried it, but haven't really heard the noise tbh. Maybe my hearing is shot, lol.

Question about this. Can you import custom samples to the "factory" slots? Or do you still have to start at 501? Thanks. Yeah, you'll have to delete the undesired factory sample first before you import the new one. Much easier feat using a 3rd party sample editor. Not sure which editors are out ...

Yeah there there's not a huge difference other than the pads being raised. The software isn't a huge deal other than pattern chaining. The reason I bought a blue E2 is to go with the ES2. Gotta say though that the blue is gorgeous.

I'm wondering the same. Is it similar to the audio player of the minikp2? Also, what is the percentage for pitch adjustment? I hope it is higher than 30%.

I'd like to know if they took care of the sunken pads issue. Judging by the Korg vid, it looks to be raised evenly now.

The new colored ones are available throughout the US, like Amazon.
