Thanks for the link, but I'm talking about the electribe 2 sample specifically as a MIDI controller in FL studio. My standalone MIDI controller, my Venom, hell even my OP-1 work as midi controllers on FL just fine.

That sounds like the best way to do it. Is all you need 1 cycle? So I'd generate my sounds from whatever synth I wanted, then cut it down to 1 cycle in something like edison?
