Lowes notes not playing with Intro 1

Hello All,

I am new to Korg Pa900. This may have been answered before but I could not find it.

I was able to add my own styles (mostly having just the Drumkit) but I realized that as I play my Intro1, the lower notes do not play. I am able to play my Upper notes but not the lower ones.

Is there some setting for this which I am missing. I do have my Split on. I did try the same with a factory default Style and it does play the lower notes when Intro1 is playing.
