I've had my Kronos for a number of years but haven't done much with the sequencer until recently. I've read what I think are the relevant parts in the Parameter guide and also watched a number of videos but I apologize in advance for what I think will be a dumb question with probably a “Duh” answer.
I’m trying to do a simple repeat measure command. I choose the “From Measure” and “To End of Measure” values ( in this case 29 and 31 although I’ve tried other values). When I click in the “Times” field, the End of Measure value reverts to the last measure in the song. If I then go back and re-enter the End of Measure value the Times field goes back to “0”. I get similar results using Copy Measure.
What am I doing wrong?

I'm not at all certain what is causing that. I've had strange things like this happen when editing tracks on my Korg M3. If I recall correctly, my issues had to do with the From Measure and To Measure fields on the main Track Edit page (on the Kronos, they are the fields at the bottom of the P4 - Track Edit screen - see pg 587 in the Parameter Guide). If I tried to execute a command on measures that were outside the range set on that screen, things would not work or I couldn't select the measures I wanted. Anyway, I'm throwing that out there as a possibility... If the Link to Current box is checked and your song is already at the last measure, perhaps this could cause the problem. But, as previously said, I'm not sure if indeed this is what's causing the issues.
Thank you HardSync for the quick reply. I think it's something similar to what you describe. I wasn't noting where in the sequence I was but I did try unchecking the "link to Current" box and that didn't seem to make a difference. I'm at work right now but I'll try tonight while paying attention to where I am in the sequence and what is displayed at the bottom of the Trask Edit screen. Thanks again for sharing your experience. -Craig

I was able to do some experimenting last night and found that Repeat Measure, Copy Measure, Delete Measure, etc worked as expected provided I entered the measure number information via the data slider or increment/decrement buttons. I was using the keyboard to provide the numbers and on my Kronos at least, that doesn't appear to work. Is that expected behavior?
