Problems hearing with Cubase Artist 7.5. It's a good one!

Post by jeremykeys »

Hi there. Jeremykeys the senile and lost here!

I have a strange problem that maybe somebody here can help with. I am running Cubase 7.5.3 Artist on my music computer. It's pretty new and has a ton of power and Ram.

I have it connected to my 16 channel Presonus Studiolive 16.4.2 mixer and as far as I can tell, they both seem to like each other and get along just peachy! I also have my Kronos hooked up to the computer and that works fine for midi as well.

I recorded 3 tracks of midi from the kronos and Cubase is playing them back into my Kronos perfectly. I hear it fine. I recorded a guitar track through the mixer and I can see it in Cubase and when I play it back, I can see the level meters moving so I know the track works. The problem is that I can't hear it. As far as I know, I have all of the routing set up correctly.
Sooooo, HELP!!!!

I also posted onto the Cubase Forum but they're not as nice as the people here. Don't tell them I said so, though.

All help would be greatly appreciated!
Once again, Thanks in advance, Jeremykeys.
