M50 Mod Joystick

Post by brokengem »

I am working on some patches in the Combi mode and am unable to figure out how to adjust the depth for the modulation on the Joystick. I'd be curious to know about both the pitch or left right, and then modulation up/down.

The pitch can be set in program mode on the OSC Pitch tab. There are settings to specify the maximum pitch change in both directions.

For up/down you have to find where the modulation source is assigned and there are a lot of places. It can be anywhere that an AMS modulation source can be assigned. It might be a setting in the program or an IFX in the combi. Once you find what it is controlling there is an Intensity parameter.

It is the LFO1 that it is controlling right now. I can assign one of the realtime knobs to increase the depth of this LFO, but I cannot find where to adjust the depth for the joystick.

LFO parameters are on the OSC LFO screen in program mode. Use the Intensity parameter for the AMS source assigned to the joystick.
